As I said, I am truly fascinated about how technology changes our behaviour at such a fast phase. In my current quest I am zooming in on the Travel & Hospitality industry to understand how we as travelers are becoming more dependent then ever on digital services. And as we are relying on these services how does this effect our digital expectations of companies that service us throughout the process of searching for, booking and during our travels.
